Our gowns available for purchase off-the-rack have been gently loved as a Love, a Bridal Boutique or as a One Bridal sample. They are an amazing opportunity to snag a designer gown at an incredible price. Since there is only one sample available, these gowns are intended for immediate sale + will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis — and will be sent home with the lucky bride that very day! We also have a selection of brand new gowns exclusive to our store. These gowns are still sold right off the rack and go home with you same day! 

We do our best to keep a variety of sizes in store. As our gowns are sent to us from Love, a Boutique and One Bridal, the vast majority are suitable for brides normally a size 4-10. We help brides of all sizes all the time though! To ease the shopping process, our curvy, mid and plus size gowns are all housed at our curvy location just down the road. All of our gowns are under $2,000 with the majority between $1,000-$1,500 and options as low as $700! The majority of gowns are marked down 50-75% from their original retail price. We do not offer payment plans since we are an off the rack store and you'll be taking your gown home with you same day! We do not have any storage options. We accept cash or credit cards only. Please, no checks!

We have several talented seamstresses that we will refer you to! However, we are very transparent as we will never sell you a gown that won't work for you in alterations. Most bridal gowns can be taken down in size a maximum of about 2 sizes. If a gown is too small, it can typically be altered up just 1 size. Our stylists are trained to find you a gown you love style wise and that will work for you size wise! 

We do not offer customizations at this location as you are buying the exact gown you try on as opposed to ordering it! When you purchase with us, we will provide a list of seamstresses that we recommend for alterations. Standard alterations include hemming your gown for the proper length, adding a bustle if you have a train, and adjusting any straps. More complex alterations such as adding sleeves or shortening a train or taking down multiple sizes will incur more fees.

Yes, we offer a range of accessories as well as gowns! We have lots of veils, some hair pieces, earrings, and belts! 

We recommend our friends at Oceanside Cleaners! They are locally owned and operated. They can clean your gown and also preserve your gown after your wedding day.

We carry nearly all of the designers that the boutiques who send us gowns carry - Love, a Bridal Boutique and One Bridal. Designers we often have on our racks include Essense of Australia, Pronovias, Madi Lane, Martina Liana, Sarah Seven, and more.

Yes, our gowns are new. They have never been worn outside of a boutique and have never been altered. They were original designer samples that were tried on by brides during their appointments at either Love, a Bridal Boutique or One Bridal.

No, we do not! We currently do not know of any consignment bridal stores in Jacksonville but do recommend selling your gown online.

Yes, please schedule an appointment so that we can have a stylist assigned to you to help you find your dream gown! Your stylist is very knowledgable about the process and will help guide you to the right gown. The guest limit is 5 guests along with the bride.

Yes, absolutely! All our gowns are purchased and taken home same day! Alterations usually take 8 weeks but some of our seamstresses can do rush alterations for an additional fee. When you say yes with us, you don't have any wait time to worry about for ordering a gown! 

As much as we would love to, we can't hold any gowns. Once you decide you’ve found “the one”, payment is due in full + your wedding dress will be sent home with you that same day. If you love a gown, be ready to say yes to the dress!

We are hoping to roll out online purchasing in the future! If you see a gown on our website or social media, and want to purchase it without trying on, we certainly can ship the gown to you! Please note however, all sales are final so we want to make sure you are 100% before purchasing!
